We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Team Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive our brand’s growth in a competitive landscape. The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and foster long-term loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for technology, and experience working in fast-paced environments.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
  • Define target audience segments and tailor marketing messages to resonate with these groups.


Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness and ROI.


Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Oversee the delegation of tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.


Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness and establish a strong market presence.
  • Engage with customers and industry influencers to promote positive brand perception and drive word-of-mouth referrals.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track marketing performance, measure success against KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Continuously analyze competitive landscape and adjust strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure favorable terms and maximize the impact of marketing investments.


Partnerships and Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and media outlets to expand reach and amplify marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.


Qualification Required & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the tech or mobile device industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the secondary mobile device market and a passion for technology is a plus.
