Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our legal team. The successful candidate will handle various legal tasks, including court processes, liaising with external institution and managing company legal matters.
Job Description
• Filling of court processes in the court
• Filing of documents in the office of the Registrar of companies
• Representing the company in court
• Making enquiries and conducting searches at court, lands commission, office of the Registrar of companies and other institutions
• Liaise with court bailiffs to serve judicial processes
• Type legal processes for filing in courts
• Ensuring that all processes are placed on appropriate court files
• Keeping records of court cases and dates
• Undertake any other duties that may be assigned
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Diploma or HND or Degree in any discipline

• Must be computer literate (Ms Word/Excel/Internet Usage)
• Sharp minded person with excellent analytical and written skills
