We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant/ bar/ guest house located off the DPS road community 25 ,Tema.
The ideal candidate will:
• Ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Manage staff.
• Optimise revenue.
• Maintain the inn’s reputation for quality service.
• This role requires strong leadership, problem solving skills and a passion for hospitality.
Qualification Required & Experience
• At least three (3) years experience in hospitality management.
• Degree in hospitality management or related field
• Local area knowledge (Tourism,events)
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
Remuneration: Competitive/Profit sharing
