Job Description/Requirements
Qualification Required & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architect Engineering
- Certified in interior design
- Minimum 15 years of experience with general contractors in at least one similar complexity job
- Experience in coordinating the works of specialized fit out subcontractors with scope of the main contractor and MEP services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Working knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Fully aware about authorities, municipality, SEC, civil defense requirements
