Job Description/Requirements
SCOPE OF ROLE:
• The driver safely and responsibly performs all official travels using official vehicle(s) and assists with
other office work.
TASKS:
• Responsible for the company’s vehicle documents and their good condition, keeping a vehicle logbook and recording monthly maintenance.
• Report needs for service and carries out minor repairs.
• Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle(s) regularly
• Provide transportation functions in an official car for staff of company
• Run errands for the company, in areas of products delivery, banking operations, etc.
• Communicate delivery time lines to clients in a professional manner
• Work independently with less supervision
• Coordinate with operations team for regular stock update and availability.
• Must know key areas in Accra
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have at least a secondary school certificate and a valid driver’s license.
• At least five (5) years’ work experience as a driver with references.
• No major accidents in the past three (3) years.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Disciplined, punctual, resilient and patient
