Job Description/Requirements
Job Summary
• The successful candidate will join our team as the Lead for Commercial Marketing and Business Operations in the AT Business Department.
• (S)He will report to the Director, Products and Commercial Marketing and will be responsible for developing and managing broad-based B2B marketing and communication programs. In addition, the role holder will implement sales operations support, drive business growth, and provide essential administrative and back-office support to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve B2B market share and NPS growth.
• Manage marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate marketing communications and branding.
• Develop digital innovation programs for customers and products
• Manage AT Business website and digital channels.
Sales Operations:
• Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to enhance sales efficiency.
• Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate and offer administrative support to sales teams to manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Ensure accurate sales data management in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address sales obstacles.
Back Office & Administrative Support:
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Provide secretarial support to AT Business
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
• Manage and track departmental budgets, expenses, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
• Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Shared Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales , products, commercial performance, customer service, marketing, legal, technology, IT) to align marketing and sales strategies.
• Provide operational performance data to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations, and competition laws.

Qualification Required & Experience
• Marketing/Communication HND or degree (min. 3-5 years relevant experience)
• Proven experience in customer-facing environments, sales operations, marketing, and administration
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and administrative software
