Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a PA/Sales Person based in Accra. The PA/Sales Person will be responsible for providing personal assistance, managing executive diaries, handling communication, and performing various clerical tasks. The role involves supporting executives with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Diary Management and Clerical skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Experience in sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
