We're seeking a tech-savvy IT Support Intern to be the backbone of our lean team's digital operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure our consultants have seamless technology experiences while gaining exposure to enterprise IT systems.


Key Responsibilities:

1. End-User Support (60%)

  • Provide first-line IT support for our team of 10 (hardware, software, and connectivity issues)
  • Set up and configure laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new hires
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions (Microsoft 365, VPN, SaaS tools)

2. Systems Maintenance (30%)

  • Assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure (network, cloud storage, cybersecurity tools)
  • Help document IT processes and create user guides for internal tools
  • Monitor and troubleshoot office technology (meeting rooms, printers, VoIP systems)

3. Tech Improvement Projects (10%)

  • Research and test productivity tools to enhance our lean operations
  • Assist in rolling out new software or security updates
  • Participate in automating routine IT tasks


What You'll Learn:

Ideal Candidate:

Must Have:

  • Current student in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • Familiarity with Windows
  • Basic understanding of office networks and cloud services
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience for troubleshooting

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin portal
  • Knowledge of helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Interest in cybersecurity basics
