Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in a similar position
- Experience with setting up and managing Windows server/server environments and Linux server/server environments
- Experience in managing multi IP networks
- Experience with maintenance of equipment and printers
- Must be a hands-on individual
- Must be willing to work after working hours
- Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated areas of the company.
- Ensure smooth running of the company’s network infrastructure.
- Explain technical issues to end users in a plain language.
- Review vendor contracts and coordinate IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
- Identify IT knowledge gaps among end users and conduct training or recommend appropriate training.
- Must be smart and willing to learn
- Analytical ability and great problem solving skills.
- Reliable technical background.
- High level of organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
