Job details

• Ensuring stable connectivity across Ghana locations.
• Delegating and supervising the team in all Factories/Office locations in relation to the network and Security matrix.
• Weekly reported the performance of networks and computer systems from NMS.
• Monitoring and managing regulation compliance that is security matrix across Ghana locations.
• Ensuring proper coordination between IT team and Network security team in Chennai in India.
• Supporting and administering firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
• Ensured network availability and uptime by taking proactive measures to keep the network operational.
• Building up a proper network monitoring solution along with Central IT team for Ghana locations.
• Resolving any vulnerability or security issues that arises.
• Ensuring proper and regular maintenance of firewalls.
• Interacting with vendors and subcontractors to secure supported network products and services.
• Providing technical support to enhance proper device controlling systems.
• Tracking, recording, and monitoring any security issue.
• Ensuring periodic testing of the organization’s network and systems from a security point of view(Vulnerability assessment).
• Responsible for coordinating maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP, WAN and email security programs and protocols regularly.
• Professional Certification : CCNA, CCNP, CEH, SC-900 will be added advantage
