We seek an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to oversee the company’s technological operations, ensuring smooth infrastructure performance, and playing a key role in driving sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in sales and business.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
IT Leadership:

  • Oversee the company's IT operations, including software development, infrastructure management, and security protocols.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless technology integration in business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and manage IT-related risks.


Sales and Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize technical expertise to support the sales process, including providing insights on product features and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends to identify new opportunities for growth in the software development sector.


Vendor and Client Management:

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Act as the primary technical contact foar clients, ensuring that their requirements are met, and managing service level agreements (SLAs).


Budgeting and Planning:

  • Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, particularly in IT infrastructure, software development, and future tech initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A business or sales qualification would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the software development industry.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
