Key Responsibilities
* Investment Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance portfolio performance and explore new growth opportunities.
* Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors, presenting tailored investment opportunities.
* Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments for ventures and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
* Collaboration: Work with a Financial Analyst to develop data-driven financial models and profitability forecasts.
* Target Achievement: Meet monthly investment goals through strategic networking, investor events, and marketing campaigns.

* Proven experience in investment management, finance, or business development.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
* Experience in real estate or healthcare investment is a plus.
