Job Summary

As the International Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing learners’ global career development. This role involves CV review, strategic job application filing, and a focus on securing Certificate of Sponsorship employers for our learners. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the international career journeys of our students.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

CV Enhancement:

  • Review and optimize learners’ CVs to meet global standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance professional profiles.


International Job Applications:

  • Identify and secure job opportunities aligned with learners’ aspirations.
  • Facilitate the application process, ensuring compliance with international standards.


Certificate of Sponsorship:

  • Actively seek and establish relationships with international employers capable of issuing


Certificates of Sponsorship.

  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to immigration regulations.


Career Counseling:

  • Provide personalized career counseling sessions to learners.
  • Conduct mock interviews and offer insights to enhance interview skills.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain meticulous records of learners’ career-related activities.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on employment outcomes and Certificate of Sponsorship successes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in international career services or related roles.
  • Familiarity with global job markets and recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
