Job Description/Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Sell Anaconda to a defined territory
- Manage accounts, including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support
- Build relationships with C-Suite, leaders, and critical decision-makers
- Proactively organize and maintain the sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices
- Work competently and competitively in a fast-paced environment that requires organizational management for quick sales cycles
What You Need:
- Experience managing full sales cycle deals
- Highly competitive, achievement-oriented, motivated, and driven to exceed goals
- Have high energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a tenacity to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, including both phone and written communication, as well as active listening
