Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Consultant (Telecaller) to support our software sales efforts. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, deliver compelling product pitches, and generate qualified leads. You’ll work closely with the sales team, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and update CRM records regularly. The ideal candidate has experience in tele calling or inside sales, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of software products.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their needs.
- Delivering persuasive sales pitches on product over the phone.
- Following up with leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Keeping accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Staying updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or telecalling, preferably in software sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of software products and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical customers.
