Job Description/Requirements
Duties / Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Work hand in with Project manager to efficiently manage and drive employee performance
- Manage Medical insurance policy to ensure optimization of benefit
- Enforce business and customer compliance policies to ensure business sustainability
- Manage confidential records of internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Administer employees leave in line with annual leave policy
- Foster management union relationship to ensure industrial harmony on site
- Prepare monthly KPI report
Qualification Required & Experience
- A good first degree in Human Resources Management or a related qualification from a recognized university
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Human resource practice
- Membership and certification by a recognized Human Resource certification body will be an advantage.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of employment laws and standards, and Ghanaian labor laws and statutes

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
