Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Lead at Yedent Agro Group Of Companies located in Sunyani, Ghana. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Personnel Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
