Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Manager to join our facilities management team. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Working closely with department heads and site supervisors, you will ensure effective employee management and foster a positive, productive work environment — reports to the CEO.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for operative staff and administrative roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
  • Manage performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
  • Handle payroll, employee benefits, and leave administration
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle reporting requirements.


Required Skills or Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Management/Administration.
  • Knowledge of practices, principles and procedures of human resources management including recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations etc and knowledge of the labour Act.
  • Communication and Inter-personal skills.


Location & Commitments:

  • Based in Head office, Accra with requires travel to other various sites.
  • Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week) with flexi-time between 8 am and 6 pm
  • Overtime may occasionally be required during busy periods.
