Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant assists in ensuring the smooth running of the Organization head office on a day-to-day basis. The Administrative Assistant will have a role in office management, supporting the Office Manager in various tasks and assisting the HR Specialist with basic HR Administration.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
  • Assist with employee onboarding and training programs
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, photocopying, organizing for meetings and filing documents.
  • Taking minutes and records of proceedings at both internal and external meetings.
  • Writing of reports.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or administration
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
