Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant assists in ensuring the smooth running of the Organization head office on a day-to-day basis. The Administrative Assistant will have a role in office management, supporting the Office Manager in various tasks and assisting the HR Specialist with basic HR Administration.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
- Assist with employee onboarding and training programs
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, photocopying, organizing for meetings and filing documents.
- Taking minutes and records of proceedings at both internal and external meetings.
- Writing of reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or administration
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
