Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver various HR training sessions, including open enrolment, performance evaluations, and HR best practices.
- Compile and submit HR activity reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop HR SOPs and internal control SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Stay current with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Advise on policies and programs in areas such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
- Coordinate employee development plans and oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and training for managers and employees.
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job ads, managing online postings, and scheduling interviews, administering assessments, and evaluating candidates for fit. Extend offers and prepare new hire paperwork.
- Conduct reference checks, issue employment contracts, and organize on boarding for new hires to ensure a welcoming and inclusive experience.
- Ensure employees are monitored and compensated appropriately.
Qualification & Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in HR management.
- In-depth understanding of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
