Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer service oriented Host or Hostess to join our beach club located in Labadi. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring a positive guest experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience & Customer Service - Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage Reservations and Waitlists - Manage reservations, waitlists and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turns.
- Seat Guests - Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortable, and a waiter is signaled to serve them.
- Answer Phone Calls and Respond to Messages – Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Servers and Management – Communicate with servers, bartenders and management to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns, special occasions or any other information that can enhance the guest experience.
- Handle Guest Complaints and Concerns – Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Monitor Table Availability – Continuously monitor table availability to optimize seating and minimize delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related role.
- Bubbly and personable disposition.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on your feet for extended periods of time
