Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Support nursing staff with clinical duties, including taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with mobility, rehabilitation exercises, and basic wound care.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred).
• Relevant healthcare qualifications or training (e.g., NVTI).
• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights if required.
