Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in target sectors, establishing the company as a thought leader in West Africa by:
- Gaining in-depth insights into market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Adopting cutting-edge technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Setting clear metrics to measure the success of thought leadership initiatives.
- Exploring new customer segments and potential territories for strategic expansion.
- Creating and implementing growth strategies to address business challenges like profit declines and competitive pressures.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (requirement)
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the Fintech sector
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Track record of analysing markets and developing strategic growth plans
