The successful candidate will lead the school's academic programs, manage staff, and cultivate a supportive, inclusive community while ensuring excellent academic performance and outstanding BECE results.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Develop and implement the school's academic vision, ensuring alignment with Montessori principles and the Ghana Education Service curriculum to achieve consistent, high-performing school-wide results.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality instruction and professional growth.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily school operations, including facilities management, budgeting, and administrative functions.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and the broader community to promote the school's mission and values.
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement curriculum plans that cater to student needs while adhering to Montessori standards and GES requirements.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Establish assessment methods to measure student progress and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Professional Development: Provide regular training and growth opportunities for staff to stay updated with best practices in Montessori education.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, staff, and the broader community, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Education: Master's Degree in Education or related field.
- Certification: Montessori Certification (an added advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Montessori school or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management abilities to inspire and motivate staff.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster stakeholder relationships.
- Montessori Knowledge: Deep understanding of and commitment to Montessori principles and teaching methods.
