Job Description/Requirements
As the Head of Sales, you will lead and oversee multiple sales teams, including CSRs, Inbound/Outbound Sales Teams and Sales Agents, to drive growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strategic leader who can provide vision, motivation, and operational excellence while fostering a high-performance culture. You will be instrumental in shaping sales strategies, building key relationships, and ensuring exceptional execution across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead multiple sales teams, providing training, mentoring, and performance management to drive individual and team success.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed organisational revenue targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to secure long-term business opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse team performance, sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights, using this data to inform strategic decisions.
- CRM Management: Ensure all sales activities are efficiently logged, tracked, and managed in HubSpot CRM for accurate reporting and effective pipeline management.
- Represent the Brand: Represent Tap&Hop at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events, showcasing our products and strengthening our brand presence.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction through innovative approaches to sales and operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven success as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales, leading multiple sales teams.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performing sales teams in achieving and surpassing targets.
- Business Development Expertise: Strong background in stakeholder relationship management and business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, focusing on analysing sales and financial data for informed decision-making.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitor activity.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and innovate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in sales or leadership are a plus.
