Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- We’re trusting you with:
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and experiment with marketing campaigns to highlight the unique value proposition of Mentra to acquire users (job seekers and employers)
- Marketing Analytics: Analyze web traffic and user engagement data (leveraging tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and FullStory) to tailor marketing strategies for the neurodivergent community.
- SEM: Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for conversion, targeting employers and neurodivergent talent in the tech sector.
- SEO Strategy: Implement SEO tactics focused on topics relevant to neurodiversity in the tech industry to improve organic search visibility and optimize for conversion.
- Content Optimization: Optimize and A/B test design and copy for both marketing and transactional user content.
- Social Media: Oversee Mentra’s presence on social media platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Explore creative channels like Reddit and Discord to engage with key demographics within the neurodivergent population.
- Content Creation: Produce content on neurodiversity in the tech workplace for job seekers and employers, utilizing insights from internal teams, client testimonials, and market research, leveraging AI / automation tools (e.g., Jasper) where possible to improve output.
- Content and Design Coordination: Work with the design team to create compelling graphic and motion content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- What else you’ll handle:
- Brand Development: Guide the early-stage brand development process, shaping our startup's image and messaging to stand out in a competitive landscape.
- PR Management Strategy: Leverage media opportunities like podcasts and news outlets to raise awareness about Mentra's mission.
- Partnerships and Events Management: Establish relationships and collaborate on events with organizations that align with Mentra's goal of supporting neurodivergent talent in tech.
Qualifications:

- Ability to plan and to execute marketing strategies independently to attract enterprise companies and tech talent in target cities.
- Creativity in developing marketing strategies that uniquely position Mentra in the tech industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to refine marketing approaches specific to our audience.
- You’ll stand out if you have:
- Experience in marketing within the tech sector, particularly in areas related to neurodiversity.
- Familiarity with website optimization for accessibility and user engagement.
- Background in PR management and partnership development within the tech and neurodiversity spaces
