Job Summary
A Growth and Engagement Lead, often found within the marketing department, plays a critical role in a company's expansion efforts. This role straddles the line between marketing and product development. It involves developing, implementing, and optimizing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Job Description/Requirements
Mission:
- Develop and provide strategic assets required for Mindful customer and employee acquisition efforts
- Build affinity with undergraduate students
- Lead Mindful digital practice.
Qualification:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably with focus on a math-based and/or behavioral-based program.
Skills:
- Ability to plan, execute, evaluate & continuously enhance digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid media (search, display & socials inclusive).
- Ability to use Excel to organize, analyze, compute and present data.
- Ability to mine insights (reading in between the lines) and think strategically.
- Ability to put succinct yet compelling commercial arguments together using PowerPoint.
- Ability to present ideas and get buy-in through well-crafted stories.
- Operational effectiveness as well as an ability to collaborate across multiple departments and juggle multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a role that required strategic planning and execution.
