We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Growth & Engagement Lead to join our client's team. The successful candidate will oversee and drive the strategic direction of user acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives,

Job Description/Requirements
Key Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably with focus on a math-based and/or behavioral-based program.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a role that required strategic planning and execution
- Experience in strategic digital media planning and buying that spans no less than 3 years.
- Ability to plan, execute, evaluate & continuously enhance digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid media (search, display & socials inclusive ).
- Ability to use Excel to organize, analyze, compute and present data
- Ability to put succinct yet compelling commercial arguments together using Power Point
- Ability to present ideas and get buy in through well-crafted stories
- Operational effectiveness as well as an ability to collaborate across multiple departments and juggle multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
