Job Summary
As a Group Loan & Marketing Officer at Secure Capital, you will play a crucial role in our mission by; facilitating access to credit for groups of individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for marketing the company’s different products and also managing a portfolio of group loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, market company’s products and assess their creditworthiness.
- Conduct group meetings to explain loan terms and collect repayments.
- Provide financial education and business development support to clients.
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and minimize delinquencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve loan targets and promote growth.
- Uphold the values and mission of Secure Capital in all interactions
Qualifications:
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in microfinance or banking, with a focus on group lending.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market are assets
