Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role as an greenhouse farm worker at our greenhouse farm located in Adeiso, Eastern region, near Nsawam. The farm worker will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks varying from seedling, irrigation, and plant nutrition, cleaning and sanitizing rooms, among other physical tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
- Assist with planting, cultivating and harvesting of crops.
- Performing daily maintenance operations on plants such as watering, weeding, and pruning.
- Prepare soil; seeds and cuttings; pruning; and transplant seedlings.
- Monitor plants for healthy growth and potential weed, insect, disease, and fertilizer problems in greenhouse crops
- Spray plants to prevent disease and pests
- Position and regulate greenhouse and outdoor irrigation systems to water plants and fields
- May operate machinery and equipment to fertilize, cultivate, harvest and spray fields and plants
- Clean working areas.
- Repair non-complex problems associated to the irrigation system.
- Assist with any jobs that help keep the farm running smoothly.
Required Skills
- Good command of English is essential.
- Applicants will need to be in good physical health condition to carry out the required labour responsibilities as the job involves repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time.
