Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and interpret creative concepts based on client briefs, ensuring designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Create visually compelling designs for various digital and print media, including but not limited to: websites, social media graphics, advertisements, branding, brochures, logos, and email templates.
• Work with the creative team to maintain and evolve brand identity across various platforms and mediums.
• Produce high-quality, original designs that engage and captivate target audiences.
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, project timelines, and client specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software updates, and new design techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new and innovative design concepts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
• The ideal candidate should own a personal laptop compatible with design software with a stable internet connection
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different media (digital, print, branding, etc.).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.

  Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and clients.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
