Job Description/Requirements
We are a well-established California-based startup servicing our clients in the agricultural industry. We are looking for a General Manager to build our office in Ghana and expand it to 300 people by the end of 2025.
The General Manager will have overall responsibility for performance,
- Quality of work, and
- Training of video annotators, as well as
- Office management,
- Scheduling of shifts,
- HR functions, accounting,
- Procurement, and recruitment. In the initial phase,
- The General Manager will help the company to establish a presence in Ghana, including company registration, finding coworking and office spaces, buying equipment, etc.
