General Manager - Operations

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all security operations.
• Ensure the effective deployment, management, and performance of security personnel across various sites.
• Collaborate with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to the executive team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in security operations management is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• A Certificate in Security Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large team and coordinate multiple operations simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols and operational best practices.
