Responsibilities:

  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in public forums, industry events, and negotiations.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies.


Risk and Compliance Management

  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Performance Metrics

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and areas for improvement



Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • At least 5years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
