Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in building innovative EdTech solutions that empower learners. This role involves working on all stages of the development lifecycle, from the front end to the back end, and will include API and payment gateway integrations. You will play a key role in architecting, coding, and deploying robust and scalable digital products. As a complete resource, you will be the driving force behind the technical excellence and seamless integration of all parts of the EdTech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions, covering both the front end and back end.
• Front-End Development: Design and implement user-facing features with a focus on responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain the core application logic, databases, data processing, and API integrations to ensure high performance.
• API and Integration: Design, develop, and manage APIs for connecting the platform with external systems and services, including payment gateways.
• Payment Integration: Implement secure and reliable payment solutions, handling transactions, refunds, and payment confirmations.
• Code Optimization: Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance for smooth operation under high traffic.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product, design, and other engineering team members to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose, debug, and fix complex issues on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in EdTech or similar digital product environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of security best practices, especially in payment integration.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, problem solver, excellent communication skills, able to manage time and prioritize effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience with payment integration systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Passion for education technology and making a positive impact through digital solutions.
