Our client is a leading company providing comprehensive property management solutions to clients in Ghana.

Scope

The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized office environment, responding to and documenting all correspondence, assisting other departments with administrative tasks, and managing all customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all emails, phone calls, and mail distribution in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all correspondence is properly documented and filed.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, office supply inventory.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operations, including its products/services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary company information, correspondence, reports and files.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform additional tasks/duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with all staff towards the advancement of the Company.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk executive or receptionist role or its equivalent.
  • Experience in office management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a professional outlook and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
