Scope
The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized office environment, responding to and documenting all correspondence, assisting other departments with administrative tasks, and managing all customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all emails, phone calls, and mail distribution in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all correspondence is properly documented and filed.
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, office supply inventory.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operations, including its products/services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary company information, correspondence, reports and files.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform additional tasks/duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with all staff towards the advancement of the Company.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk executive or receptionist role or its equivalent.
- Experience in office management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have a professional outlook and demeanor.
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and photocopiers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
