Job Description/Requirements
Job Expectations:
- Streamline and implement onboarding and training processes for psychiatric providers.
- Provide ongoing support for clinical questions from new providers.
- Foster a supportive and engaging remote environment for collaboration, growth, and satisfaction.
- Promote timely completion of Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
- Organize clinician summits and engagement activities to build a collaborative culture.
- Supervise provider performance and maintain high standards of care.
Operational Efficiency:
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to ensure adherence to evidence-based care and charting/coding policies.
- Optimize operations for seamless collaboration with non-Legion Health mental health providers (like therapists).
