Food & Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and safety standards across the restaurant.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop and maintain menus that meet customer preferences and operational demands.
• Manage the training, scheduling, and supervision of staff, ensuring they are aligned with service goals and health regulations.
• Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and optimize purchasing decisions to maintain cost-efficiency.
• Address customer feedback, ensuring any service issues are resolved promptly while maintaining a positive dining atmosphere.
• Ensure that all food and beverage regulations, including sanitation and safety guidelines, are met and exceeded.

Qualifications and Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in food and beverage management within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage staff across different functions of the food and beverage operations.
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations, inventory control, and budgeting processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage the demands of a busy restaurant environment.
• A customer-first mindset, ensuring the highest levels of service are consistently delivered.
