Financial Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on financial markets, industries, and individual companies.
• Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements to assess financial health.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date with current financial news, trends, and economic developments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment teams, and other stakeholders to provide strategic input.
• Evaluate the performance of existing investments and suggest portfolio adjustments as needed.
• Use quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to inform investment strategies.
• Support the development of investment theses and identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Perform risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, research, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial research platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
