Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish and improve the company's financial accounting system, standardize financial work processes, and ensure compliance and accuracy of financial work.
- Be responsible for the company's accounting bookkeeping, account processing, and financial statement preparation to reflect the company's financial status and operating results accurately.
- Manage the company's capital receipts and payments, including cash, bank deposits, etc., to ensure the safety and reasonable use of funds.
- Prepare the company's capital budget, monitor the use of funds, and provide a decision-making basis for the company's capital management.
- Be responsible for the company's financial bill management, including invoices, checks, etc., to ensure the authenticity, legality, and integrity of bills.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide valuable financial information and decision-making suggestions for management.
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with external institutions such as banks and tax authorities to ensure the smooth progress of the company's financial work.
- Assist leaders in completing other financial-related work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in financial management, accounting, etc.
- Have certain accounting and cashier work experience and be familiar with financial work processes.
- Have solid financial expertise and be proficient in financial software and office software.
- Have good financial analysis, risk control, and decision-making abilities.
- Be passionate about financial work and have a high sense of responsibility and a rigorous work attitude.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team under high pressure.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the electric vehicle industry or public transportation field are preferred.
- Candidates who understand Chinese are preferred.
