Financial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve the company's financial management system to standardize financial work processes and ensure compliance and efficiency of financial work.
• Prepare the company's financial budgets and final accounts, monitor budget implementation, and provide accurate financial data support for company strategic decisions.
• Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk prevention measures to ensure the company's financial security.
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with external institutions such as banks and tax authorities to facilitate company financing and tax planning.
• Strictly review the company's various financial receipts and payments to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of financial data.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting based on the company's operating conditions to provide valuable decision-making suggestions for management.
• Lead and manage the financial team to improve team professionalism and work efficiency.
• Stay informed about the latest financial regulations and policies to maintain the company's financial management competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in financial management, accounting, etc.
• Should have at least 2 years working experience in the Automobile Industry.
• At least five years of financial management experience, with intermediate or above accountant titles preferred.
• Superb financial expertise and rich financial management experience.
• Excellent financial analysis, risk control, and decision-making abilities.
• Be passionate about financial work and have a good understanding of different financial tools and methods.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and a rigorous work attitude.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team under high pressure.
• Proficient in using financial software for financial management and report preparation.
• Candidates with relevant experience in the electric vehicle industry or public transportation field are preferred.
• Candidates who understand Chinese are preferred.
