Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support organizational goals.
- Monitor expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into financial performance.
- Oversee cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and invest in growth.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Implement cost control measures and identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
- Manage and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
