Job Description/Requirements
Excellence Publication and Stationery Limited seeks a dedicated and experienced Finance and Administrative Manager to oversee financial operations and support administrative functions. If you’re a Chartered Accountant with proficiency in financial management and a solid understanding of QuickBooks (preferred), we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Manage cash flow, forecasting, and monitor expenses to maintain financial health.
Accounting and Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
Administrative Oversight:
Coordinate office operations, ensuring administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
Supervise the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow and productivity.
Staff Management:
Oversee and support the finance and administrative team.
Ensure team members are well-trained, motivated, and performing effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory.
Proven experience in financial management, with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is an added advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
