Job Summary
The Fiesta Brand Officer (FBO) will play a central role in strengthening DKT’s Fiesta condom brand, tailoring brand engagement efforts to resonate with a diverse Ghanaian audience. The FBO will drive brand visibility and market share by executing integrated marketing initiatives across Mass Media, social media, Trade Marketing, BTL, and Public Relations. He/She will be responsible for creating and managing impactful campaigns, producing dynamic marketing materials, and driving consumer engagement through strategic brand activations. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, the FBO will help Fiesta stand out as the condom brand of choice for vibrant and socially connected consumers.

Job Description/Requirements
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Deploy data-driven marketing strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty for Fiesta products across Ghana, with a focus on the unique preferences of different regions and demographics.
- Collaborate on Creative Concepts: Work with creative agencies/in-house creative team to develop culturally relevant ATL and BTL content that resonates with Ghanaian lifestyles and emphasizes the distinct variants of the Fiesta brand.
- Manage Media Planning and Execution: Coordinate with media agencies to plan, monitor, and optimize campaigns across OOH, Radio, and TV, maximizing reach and brand recall.
- Support Trade Marketing and BTL Initiatives: Collaborate with trade teams to drive in-store visibility and brand prominence through BTL activities, aligning with both modern and traditional outlets.
- Engage on Social Media: Oversee Fiesta’s social media strategy in collaboration with social media agencies, leveraging each platform's strengths to connect authentically with consumers and increase digital engagement.
- Monitor Media Performance: Track and report on media placements, ensuring campaigns align with objectives, budget, and brand messaging. Effectively manage all contracted promotional events and activities to benefit DKT Ghana.
- Plan and Oversee Promotional Events: Organize memorable brand activations and events that reinforce Fiesta’s market presence and appeal to consumers’ social lifestyles.
Other Duties:
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Marketing Manager or Country Director, ensuring a high level of accountability and alignment with DKT’s strategic objectives.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all brand-related communications and business processes.

- Enhance ROI on Marketing Investments: Manage Fiesta marketing budgets efficiently, delivering maximum impact with cost-effective campaigns.
- Achieve Awareness and Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving overall sales goals by executing impactful ATL, BTL, sponsorship, and activation strategies.
- Cultivate Brand Loyalty: Foster consumer loyalty and preference for Fiesta, leveraging brand’s diverse variants to meet different consumer needs.
Position Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of consumer branding and behaviour.
Work Experience:
- A Minimum of 1 year in marketing, brand management, or consumer engagement within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or a related industry.
Statement of Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Cultural Insight: Strong understanding of Ghanaian culture and consumer behavior, particularly within sexual and reproductive health.
- Creativity and Strategy: Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing campaigns that speak directly to local tastes and consumer lifestyles.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent the Fiesta brand across various platforms.
- Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects and timelines, from concept through execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to achieve cohesive brand objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with solid presentation skills.
