Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and driven Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Koforidua, Takoradi, and Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, closing new deals, and expanding our presence within their designated sales territory. This role requires frequent travel to meet with customers and prospects and an in-depth understanding of our products and services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Close New Deals: Achieve high sales closure rates by identifying customer needs and presenting compelling product solutions.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivate New Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sales territory to expand the customer base.
- Territory Travel: Regularly travel throughout the assigned sales territory to meet with customers and prospects, building rapport and understanding their needs.
- Account Management: Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives timely attention and support.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales leads, customer interactions, and account statuses.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company brand during all customer and prospect interactions, ensuring a professional and positive image.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on how our products or services can benefit them both financially and professionally.
- Market Monitoring: Keep abreast of industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably within the specified regions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
