Remuneration: Ghs800.00 (basic salary) + commission
A reputable microfinance institution in Lapaz, Accra, is seeking proactive and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Mobile Bankers.
1. Mobilize funds from the field, accepting deposits and loan repayments on behalf of the Institution and selling products.
2. Responsible for intensive deposit mobilization from the field in assigned areas.
3. Responsible for collecting loan repayments from customers.
4. Manage the opening of savings account and other deposit products on the field.
5. Surrender daily all deposits and loan repayments collected from the field.
Requirements
1. Minimum SSCE/WASSCE/Diploma
2. Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar position in a Tier-2 Microfinance Institution
3. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Energetic, flexible, collaborative and a team player
NB: Must live around Fadama, Abeka, Lapaz, Kwashieman, Awoshie, Race course
