Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager with a strong background in security operations to oversee and coordinate our on-ground activities. Candidates with military experience, especially retired military personnel, are strongly encouraged to apply, as their expertise aligns with the demands of this role. Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily security operations at various sites to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections to assess service quality, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper deployment of security personnel according to client requirements and operational needs.
- Coordinate and monitor incident responses, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Team Supervision:
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of security supervisors and officers, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Schedule and oversee team rotations, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic meetings with clients to review operations and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Risk Assessment & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate potential security risks at client sites.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports on site activities, incidents, and operational updates for management.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel deployment, incidents, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Military background or experience in a similar high-discipline, structured environment is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Requirements:
- Security certification or training (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
- Strong knowledge of local security laws and industry best practices.
