Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and goal-oriented Field Marketing Officers to promote our company products to Government workers in various locations (Accra, Tema, Cape Coast, and Takoradi). Your primary responsibility will be to introduce and educate Government workers about our credit system, which enables them to purchase groceries and pay later through payroll deductions.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain credit system to Government workers in designated locations.
- Register Government workers for the Company.
- Achieve set sales targets by signing up new customers.
- Provide on-the-ground customer support and answer queries regarding the credit system.
- Build relationships with key Government institutions and agencies to drive awareness.
- Track and report daily activities, customer feedback, and potential leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Government payroll system and civil service structure is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Must reside in or be familiar with Accra, Tema, Cape Coast, or Takoradi.
