Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Engage with potential customers through direct marketing activities, promoting our services and products to increase brand awareness.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Gather market data, track customer feedback, and report on outreach performance for continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners to drive long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school certificate or diploma (or equivalent); a degree in Marketing is preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional handling and resolution of conflicts or customer concerns.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions.

- Age Range: 20 to 35 years.
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
