Job Summary
The Farm Worker is expected to work in a Farming environment located in mostly Eastern (Farm) and Accra-Shai Hill. One is expected to be willing to stay on site or close to site and to move "to and fro" between Accra ~ Koforidua. Accommodation/tools are provided on site. Send a mail to fadoko.ac@gmail.com

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Land preparations for plantation
- Fertilization of land
- Planting of crops
- Inspection of crops & pesticide application
- Harvesting of crops
- Drying/processing/bagging or packaging
- Checking the stock of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides & weedicides
Competence:
- Knowledge on crop farming
- JHS or SHS
- Be prepared to be educated/trained
Salary :
400 ~ 500 (negotiable)
