Job Summary
The Farm Supervisor should have a sound understanding of record keeping essentially. He/she should be highly motivated with good communication planning and reporting skills, as well as adequate IT skills. He/she is required to be flexible in terms of the total hours worked to meet the demands of the role. The candidate should be a goal-getter and should be able to work under occasional strenuous conditions.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning annual production targets from planting, weeding, spraying, pruning, and harvesting produce on the Plantation.
- Poultry/livestock management
- Knowledge and expertise in irrigation farming
- Collection and analysis of production data to ensure the sustainability and profitability of the ministry
- Assist in monitoring the health of the seedlings and trees and treating them when appropriate.
- Prepare periodic progress and management reports for the Executive
Management Team.
- Assist in planning and implementing measures to avoid losses.
- Keep and maintain proper farm records.
- Plan and implement general farm maintenance tasks.
Qualification/ Experience
- Candidates seeking appointment to this position must possess the following:
- Must have a minimum diploma from an agricultural college or a degree in an agriculture-related discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools as well as adequate skills in Agric management and analysis will be an advantage.
